Nestled in the pretty Cornish hamlet of Trevance near St Issey, The Property is a spacious traditional cottage perfect for a large family group to enjoy a holiday together in Cornwall. It boasts two living rooms, one with a TV and one without, to take time out and relax with a good book or challenge the family with board games. The large games room is a real bonus, featuring a pool table and table tennis table as well as lots of books and beach toys. The large, mature gardens are enclosed and safe, with large lawns and two terraced areas with seating, to enjoy the sun throughout the day. Al fresco dining is a must, with the brick-built barbecue and large garden tables to seat all the family.

The cottage is ideally located for visiting the nearby coast and beaches, just a 10 minute drive from seven sandy bays and about 4 miles from Padstow and Wadebridge. In both towns you will find a vast choice of places to eat and drink, and shops to explore. You can also enjoy a pleasant 30 minute walk from The Property to the picturesque Camel Trail running alongside the River Camel.
