Description

The Property sits in an elevated position, with lovely views across West Looe towards the estuary, extending to the countryside beyond. Just a short walk to the centre of Looe and with a stunning attention to detail inside, this is the perfect place to enjoy your Cornish holiday. Newly refurbished and with feature fireplaces in each bedroom, you are sure to relax in comfort and style.  The owners have brought unique, local furnishings and features to the property to help make this a special place to come and stay you also won't be disappointed with the views!

Looe has plentiful shops, bars and restaurants on offer and the beautiful sandy stretch of beach is ideal to while away your days.  Relax on the quayside or dine al fresco while watching the boats go by. Work up an appetite and take a stroll along the South West Coast Path and be treated to some of the most beautiful Cornish scenery. Whilst you're here, why not take a boat trip to the nearby fishing port of Polperro, or enjoy an scenic train along the picturesque Looe valley line to the nearby town of Liskeard, where connections are able to take you further afield allowing you to explore the many, many delights that Cornwall has to offer.

GROUND FLOOR: Kitchen: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, small table and chairs. Lounge/Diner: Smart TV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, river views, dining table for six with additional two chairs to add on.

FIRST FLOOR: Bedroom 3: Twin beds (3'), bedside units, chest of drawers, garden views. Shower Room: Shower cubicle with thermostatic shower, heated towel-rail, basin, WC.

Small set of steps up to: SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed (5'), bedside units, chest of drawers, wardrobe, feature fireplace, river views. Bedroom 2: Double bed (4'6"), bedside units, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, armchair, river views. Bedroom 4: Bunk beds (3'), chest of drawers, feature fireplace, garden views. Bathroom: Shower over, bath heated towel-rail, basin, WC.

GARDEN & PARKING: Front patio area with river and countryside views. Enclosed rear patio, with steps up to a tiered garden. Private parking for one car in the space provided, accessed through a gate at the top of the garden.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am. Pets Welcome: Maximum 3 well-behaved dogs; £25 per pet per week. Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Gas-fired central heating and heated towel-rails in bathrooms. Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels. Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair provided, please bring your own cot linen. Pub: 0.2 ml. Beach: 0.1 ml. Shop: 0.4 ml.
