The Property is a grand four-bedroom, pet-friendly property, nestled on the hillside of East Looe overlooking the town. With sensational river views across Looe harbour, Kilminorth Woods and West Looe, this spacious home boasts elegant rooms that are perfect for two families, a larger family or group of friends holidaying together. Each room has been styled to offer a modern interior combined with comfortable living, with good quality furniture and a homely finish. Some lovely original features have been retained, such as the covered terrace at the front, the large entrance hall and spacious living room with its high ceiling. With a king and twin bedroom and bathroom on both the first and second floors, this house offers great options for different groups.

Local facilities are all within walking distance but be prepared for a walk back up the hill on your return where you can rest a while on the terrace soaking up the glorious views that you have from the position overlooking the town.

GROUND FLOOR: Kitchen/Dining Room: Electric range cooker with two ovens, grill and 6 hobs, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and Tassimo coffee machine. Utility cupboard with washing machine. Dining set and breakfast bar. Living Room: Range of comfy seating, Smart TV, and patio doors leading out to the covered terrace. Fabulous views across town.

FIRST FLOOR: Bedroom 1: King size bed (5'), bedside units, chest of drawers,  dressing table and wardrobe. Bay window with fabulous harbour and town views. Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), bedside units, chest of drawers, wardrobe. Bathroom: Claw-foot bath with double shower above, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom 3: King size bed (5’), bedside tables, dressing table, chest of drawers, wardrobe. Picture window with far-reaching views across the harbour and town. Bedroom 4: Twin beds (3’), bedside units, chest of drawers, hanging rail. Bathroom: Claw-foot bath, separate shower cubicle, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

GARDEN & PARKING: Covered sun terrace to the front of the house with additional deck and seating at a lower level with fabulous views of the river, Kilminorth Woods and West Looe. Unloading can be done close by. Plenty of long-stay parking available in the Millpool Car Park 15 mins walk away. Please see Looe Parking for up to date charges. 

Power and Heat: Gas central heating, heated towel rails in bathrooms and feature electric fire in living room. Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Baby Equipment: Highchair and travel cot provided. Pets: Maximum of 2 dogs accepted at an additional cost of £25 per week for each dog. Shop: 0.2mls Pub: 0.2mls

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. This property is situated on a road that is steep and narrow in places - max 6' - so many drivers will find it challenging and too narrow for their vehicle. If necessary then we would advise pulling up in the main street and unloading from there and then walking to the house. The Property is accessed via a flight of granite steps.
