Description

The Property is a large penthouse apartment comprising the whole top floor of an Art Deco property overlooking the beautiful beach at Praa Sands, nr. Penzance. The property was shortlisted as the location for the BBC's Agatha Christie production of "And then there were none!" Unfortunately filming was scheduled for the height of the Summer season in order to be broadcast around Christmas time so it wasn't possible in the end.

There are 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have en-suite facilities. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, one is twin-bedded and the fifth has bunk beds. In addition to the en-suite facilities, there are two additional bathrooms and a separate shower room with wash basin and WC adjacent to bedroom 5.

The living area comprises a separate lounge and dining room. The lounge is dual aspect and has patio doors which lead onto the patio. The patio has a dining area and sun loungers. The lounge has a large corner sofa, LCD TV and DVD/stereo system and WiFi. The dining area is also dual aspect and is equipped with a large table that seats 10. There are also two tall tables and stools in front of the window to allow you to sip your morning coffee and enjoy the view. There are two kitchens in the Penthouse - the main kitchen has a double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, while the second kitchen has an additional double oven and dishwasher.

Guestbook

This has to be the best location and sea view on the coast, super quality apartment, all bedrooms facing the sea. The magnificent views night and day of the whole bay are superb. We came here to be greeted by a wonderful host, Pauline, who helped us settle in and feel welcome. There were only five of us as our booked holiday was cancelled at the last minute by another agency, but Above Beach and Pauline provided us with all the help we needed. - Philip B
"We had a great week in Seacroft Barton. The views are amazing - you can see for miles and watch falcons and buzzards hovering at the same height as you. Paula was great at answering any questions we had and very welcoming when we bumped into her on the way to the beach! Beach is only a couple of minutes away down the hill, and climbing the hill on the way home helps to warm you up after the swim!" Miss Davies
