Exposed beams keep the Cornish cottage feel alive, blending with modern style and comfort. A family-friendly home, that will delight and comfort adults and children. Entertaining space to suit large family gatherings both indoors and out. Use the coal-fired outdoor barbecue and watch the sunset in the enclosed garden. Above the garage is the games room with a Smart TV, pool table and beer fridge. What more could you need? Located in Little Petherick, a short drive, or a pleasant walk across the fields, will take you to Padstow. Filled with local shops, independent restaurants and bars. Be sure to enjoy an evening meal in the well-known Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant. The Property lies only a stone throw away from many of the North coast beaches, discover the local’s secret treasures. Fill your day with surfing, rock pooling, fishing, cycling, exploring coastal paths or relaxing.  The Property has plenty to offer; beautiful views, great location and room for the whole family.
