Introducing a truly stunning new Hideaway within a few minutes' walk of the beach in Walberswick...

The Property has recently been fully refurbished and redecorated to create a stylish and spacious holiday home which sleeps up to 8 on the Suffolk Heritage Coast in the pretty village of Walberswick. This beautiful coastal village is well known for its pretty beach and great walks over the Heath to Southwold.

The open plan ground floor combines the kitchen, dining area and sitting room to create a spacious and bright living area which benefits from the lovely bay window overlooking Walberswick Street and from the glazed porch overlooking the paved garden.  The porch forms the entrance to the house from the garden and the parking area beyond which can accommodate up to three cars. 

Three beautifully decorated bedrooms offer two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom in the attic plus an additional small attic bedroom with a single bed and pull out bed for plus 1.  There is a family bathroom, plus ensuite shower room and a separate cloakroom on the ground floor.

Glazed porch with coat hooks and shoe storage.

Kitchen/Dining area

With log burner, extending table, chairs and bench for 8, electric cooker, fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and a good range of storage cupboards and lime washed wooden floors.  Double folding doors to sitting room.

Sitting Room

With fire place, sofa, chairs and bean bag for 8, occasional tables, Smart TV and lime washed wooden floor with rugs.   Door to hall.

Hall

Front entrance hall with understair cloakroom, WC hand basin and towel rail, carpeted stairs to first floor with good hand rail.

Master Bedroom

King sized bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail, bedside tables and lamps, ensuite shower, WC and hand basin, overlooking the Street, painted wooden floor boards with rugs.

Bedroom 2

King sized bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail, bedside tables and lamps, overlooking the garden, painted wooden floor boards with rugs.

Family Bathroom

Bath with shower over, WC and hand basin, towel rail.

Bedroom 3

Attic bedroom on second floor, a walk through bedroom to twin bedded room, with single bed and pull out bed for plus 1, chest of drawers.

Bedroom 4

Twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, built in hanging cupboard, chest of drawers.

The attic rooms are ideal for 4 children.

Notes

The cottage is heated and has a log burner for cosy winter holidays and is available for holidays and short breaks throughout the year. 

The Property has WiFi.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

A high chair and travel cot are provided. Please note there is no bedding provided for the cot, so please remember to bring your own. 

Spacious garden with seating area .Off-street parking for 2 cars only to the rear of the property: other cars to be parked at the front of the property or at one of the local cap park.  Please do not obstruct the neighbour's driveway or park on the grassed areas.

NOTE:  Due to close proximity to neighbours strictly no parties allowed at property.
