Overstrand is a beautiful spot on the Norfolk coast, the village has an Edwardian influence and a refined air that lends grace and charm to your surroundings and is within easy reach of plenty of attractions. There are good walks and days out to be had locally on the vast stretches of golden, sandy beach or stay up top and take a cliff walk to see some beautiful views. Nearby is the bustling Victorian town of Cromer with its iconic Pier with shows at the theatre, a cinema, golf club, tennis courts and much more besides; there are also rail links to Norwich from the town if you are looking for a cultural day out with a bit of retail therapy. The National Trust properties of Blickling Hall and Felbrigg are both reasonably close by and a wander round the elegant Georgian town of Holt is a delight not to be missed – seek out its boutiques, food hall, café culture, antique showrooms and art galleries.

"Fabulous weekend away spent with 6 girlfriends. The accommodation has everything you could think of and more. Very well presented, immaculately clean and well stocked. If i had to find a gripe (it would be difficult), it would be that I'm a light sensitive sleeper and no blackouts in bedrooms. Fortunately I brought my own. Otherwise perfect. Will definitely revisit."
"We had a fantastic break at Seaglass. The house was bright and clean, loved the open plan living are and the cinema room. Great location, with the sandy beach around 10 mins walk away and quick and easy aces to cromer and beyond. Excellent communication from the owners, and a lovely welcome pack on arrival. Would thoroughly recommend ta stay for a family week by the coast! "
"We really cannot recommend this holiday home enough. We travelled with my 93 yr old mum and the very beautiful downstairs bedroom was just perfect for her, she enjoyed popping open the patio doors from her room out into the garden. This house has everything! well designed, well equipped (wanted for nothing) beautiful decor, easy to use TVs in every room. This isn't a house that just looks good, it delivers on all fronts! Highly recommended, we will definitely use here next time we are in Norfolk. Lovely touch having a few family photos on the wall, my daughters were very appreciative. x"
"On opening the door for all the 10 people who stayed, the first expression was "wow", it is a magnificent property, it served everyone's needs and more (and we all like a little luxury). The lounge/kitchen/dinner really suited our party as it was great for dinner parties, group breakfacts. I cannot fault the accommodation and the standard that he owners have strived and achieved on the luxurious feel o fthe property both inside and out. We would definitely look to book again and would like to thank the owner who continually ensured that we had everything we needed."
