Bramfield is a small Suffolk village located in the attractive countryside and has lots of history. Bramfield has an interesting white-walled thatched church called St Andrews as well as a primary school and village hall. The village pub, The Queens Head is now independently owned and is extremely popular serving local ales and great food. Bramfield is positioned just a short drive away from many desirable places to visit, including the small market town of Halesworth, the seaside town of Southwold, RSPB reserve Minsmere and the historical Bungay.

Guestbook

We are a family of 6 adults and two children and thought the house was delightful, full of character and tastefully furnished - though the low doorways were a problem at times! The large private garden was great for the kids with swings and a full sized trampoline. The vine covered covered outdoor area was perfect for enjoying meals al fresco (especially when there was a shower of rain!) and the hot tub was fun for us all. The location was good for Southwold and Walberswick beaches and we enjoyed a tasty meal in the village pub. We would also recommend trying some of the meats and pies from the village store! - Mr Hodgson
