This is a great holiday home that has recently been refurbished, is well equipped and comfortable, perfect for families and friends to enjoy on high days and holidays, as well as offering plenty of space for year-round celebration weekends and special occasions. The garden is a lovely feature of the property, with a modern design featuring an old rowboat as part of the scheme that young pirates will enjoy; sunny and warm it is also the perfect spot for a barbeque. On cooler days, take a pew in the living room window seat, stoke up the fire and nestle in after a stroll in the coastal breeze; dogs will enjoy folding their paws here too. A large range cooker, king-size beds and two bathrooms ensure that creature comforts are readily catered for. Set in the popular coastal resort of Mundesley, the large Blue Flag beach is sandy, with safe swimming at low tide and just a short walk from The Property, is the village which has plenty of facilities for everyday needs and a good gastropub, The Ship Inn, don’t forget to book! With a clifftop promenade and gardens, an award-winning Blue Flag beach hugged by beach huts and one of the smallest maritime museums in the UK, Mundesley is a truly delightful coastal village; when the tide is out the shallow waters and long, sandy beach, make this a play haven for young and old alike. There are plenty of pit stops for coffee and cake, good local shops for everyday needs and The Ship Inn has an increasingly growing reputation – you will need to book! Venture further afield for playbarns, Amazona Zoo at Cromer, the National Trusts’ Felbrigg and Blickling Halls and railway buffs can choose from the steam line from Sheringham to elegant Holt or the small gauge Bure Valley Railway to The Broads National Park. There is plenty to do here and a visit to the east of the county will not disappoint.
