The Property

Homely cosy and modern, Station view offers a real family home for your next staycation on the Norfolk coast. This lovely new build holiday home offers upside down living at its best helping to enjoy the wonderful garden even more.

Upon entering the property, you are welcomed by three beautiful bedrooms; A large double bedroom with lovely ensuite facilities, as well as, twin and bunk bedrooms with use of the family bathroom. Continuing up to the first floor, here you have a large open plan living dining and kitchen area. There is plenty of comfortable seating to relax and enjoy movie night or perhaps cook up a culinary masterpiece in the kitchen, to enjoy all together around the dining table. Sliding French doors allow light to flood this room and lead out into the tiered landscaped garden to soak up the last of the evening sun.

The master ensuite bedroom is found on the top floor and has been so wonderfully decorated to make this a private haven. A large velux skylight allows you to watch the stars at night and the birds at dawn from the comfort of bed.

GROUND FLOOR:

Bedroom 1: Twin beds, bedside table with lamp and wardrobe. Bedroom 2: Bunk beds, bedside table with lamp and chest of drawers. Bathroom: Bath with shower overhead, wc, washbasin and heated towel rail. Bedroom 3: Double bed, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers and built-in cupboard with hanging rail. Ensuite: Walk-in rainforest shower, wc, washbasin and heated towel rail.

FIRST FLOOR

Kitchen: Eye level oven and microwave, 5 ring gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and breakfast bar with barstools. Dining Area: Farmhouse style dining table with seating with 8 guests, sideboard and sliding door leading out to garden. Sitting Area: Comfortable seating, sideboard, coffee table, SMART television with access to Netflix.

SECOND FLOOR

Bedroom 4: Double bed, bedside tables with lamps, chair, and dressing table. Ensuite: Walk-in rainforest shower, wc, washbasin and heated towel rail.

Garden: Enclosed garden with furniture. Side gate with steps leading down to driveway. Parking: Private driveway to right of the property with parking for 3 cars. Please do not park in front of neighbour’s garages. Heating: Gas central heating. Pets: 1 well behaved dog welcome Notes: Wifi, bed linen and towels provided.

Only slight thing of note is that the property doesn’t have terrestrial digital TV, only apps like catch up TV and Netflix. Other than that, could not fault the property at all." Mr Rhodes
