View FavouritesThe Property is a deceptively large, pet friendly family home on Plunch Lane in Thistleboon, a popular residential area of Mumbles lying between the beaches of Langland and Limeslade. The Property means lovely house and whilst this is true it could also stand for spacious family holiday home.
Sleeping 11 thanks to a fun kids' bunk room, there are 4 further bedrooms, 3 bathrooms in the house plus one in the garage as well as two sitting rooms, a practical back garden and plenty of parking.
It offers a family or two families a combo of fun and function with the option to walk in either direction to reach the rocky bays of Limeslade and Bracelet at Mumbles Head just before the Pier, or around the coastal path to the sandy delights of Rotherslade and Langland.
A giant playground is a stone's throw away backed by the Castellamare pizza cafe and ice cream parlour with another little gem of a cafe, Fortes, even closer.
