Bishopston is a popular residential suburb of Mumbles as you head towards the beaches of south Gower. It is well served by convenience shops, pubs and restaurants with some of Gower's best family beaches within a 5 to 10-minute drive. As well there are some lovely woodland walks on the doorstep.

Enter into spacious carpeted hallway with downstairs cloakroom leading off with WC and wash hand basin. Doors from the hall lead to a TV room, large lounge and kitchen diner.

In the large lounge there are two sofas and 3 armchairs as well as occasional and coffee tables, TV/DVD and a feature fireplace. Across the hall is a snug-style TV room with large L-shaped sofa, footstool, smart TV and armchair.

The kitchen diner is particularly impressive with a dining table with 8 chairs at one end where a row of French doors open out onto the garden. At the other end is a u shaped kitchen with modern units offering plenty of storage, granite work tops, a double sink, gas hob, microwave, double oven, integrated appliances including dishwasher and fridge freezer.

There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and sink, perfect after a day at the beach.

Upstairs, all rooms lead off a large galleried carpeted landing. There is a bedroom with a king size bed, a large run of wardrobes and bedside tables.

A second bedroom also has a king size bed, bedside tables, plenty of fitted wardrobe space and a modern en suite shower room with large shower with sliding door, wash hand basin, WC and a mirrored cabinet.

A super king bedroom has a striking French style bed with fabric headboard, a long row of fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and a dressing table with mirror. There is a smart en-suite shower room with large walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin.

In the twin bedroom there are twin wooden beds with a bedside table and wardrobe storage.

A modern family bathroom has a bath with shower over, a WC, wash hand basin and mirrored cabinet.

The Vale of Glamorgan is worth a visit, with a 9 mile heritage coastal path not to mention the famous Barry Island with its vibrant amusement park which is all only a few miles from Cardiff.

Not just an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Wye Valley and the Vale of Usk combined can also boast having the most castles per square mile in Britain. In recognition of its revolutionary importance the Blaenavon Industrial Landscape is now a World Heritage Site and has a fascinating collection of ironworks, mines and a national museum.

Cardiff is perfect for a day of shopping and sight-seeing. The varied choice of entertainment ranges from live music venues, guided tours and art events. For a peaceful walk or nature spotting trip then the Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal is a beautiful and isolated place to unwind.
