Cosy Family Retreat, near Mumbles

This 4 star property is situated directly on the seafront and within a few yards of Mumbles promenade. This stunning seaside townhouse offers spectacular views over Swansea Bay. The house, which has been newly redecorated and furnished, benefits from 3 beautiful en suite bedrooms, off street parking and a pretty courtyard garden.

The accommodation would suit up to 3 couples or a family looking for a convenient Mumbles location with exceptionally easy access to the many activities, attractions, restaurants, cafes and shops.

Accommodation
On the ground floor the spacious kitchen/diner has fitted units with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, electric double oven and a gas hob. The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 and a wall mounted TV. This roomhas double doors providing access to the rear enclosed courtyard.

Also on the ground floor is the light filled lounge, comfortably furnished with two 3-seat sofas, a Barcelona chair with foot stool, a large wall mounted TV and a small decorative work desk. This room features a large picture window with views directly over Swansea Bay.

First floor: There is a kingsize bedroom providing panoramic sea views and includes an en suite shower room with WC and basin. There is also a separate modern family shower room with shower cubicle, WC and basin.

Second floor: there are 2 further bedrooms on this floor - both are en suite. The views from the front double bedroom are exceptional whilst the comfortable rear bedroom has twin beds and park view.

External: The paved rear courtyard area can be accessed from a side gate or the kitchen. Off street parking for 1 vehicle.

Sleeps 6: 1 King, 1 Double, 1 Twin (2ft 6in beds) - Zip 'N' Link (can be made into a Superking on request)

Although smaller in size than other regions of Wales, this area still has a great selection of historical sites to visit and rolling countryside with a dramatic coastline. Perhaps best known for the impressive Brecon Beacons, this mountain range is very popular for those seeking an activity holiday with something to suit all, from mountain biking and caving to horse riding and star gazing events. The Vale of Glamorgan is worth a visit, with a 9 mile heritage coastal path not to mention the famous Barry Island with its vibrant amusement park which is all only a few miles from Cardiff.

Not just an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Wye Valley and the Vale of Usk combined can also boast having the most castles per square mile in Britain. In recognition of its revolutionary importance the Blaenavon Industrial Landscape is now a World Heritage Site and has a fascinating collection of ironworks, mines and a national museum.

Cardiff is perfect for a day of shopping and sight-seeing. The varied choice of entertainment ranges from live music venues, guided tours and art events. For a peaceful walk or nature spotting trip then the Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal is a beautiful and isolated place to unwind.
