Perched on the Mynytho hillside, The Property is a sprawling property with panoramic views over Abersoch and Hells Mouth. The Property offers well-maintained front garden and terraces and benefits from a rear outdoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi (usually only available April to end September; it may be available at other times at an extra charge and subject to weather conditions). The house sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms and with 4 ensuites and 1 family bathroom, it is a perfect place to holiday with extended families or groups alike.

This well-presented, spacious accommodation boasts, on entry, a fabulous two storey atrium letting light splay throughout the house. At the heart of the house lies a spectacular lounge with high ceilings and feature fireplaces and a stunning kitchen/dining room with large patio doors leading onto the front terrace, so you can enjoy the views in all seasons.

The Property benefits from WiFi and pets welcome by arrangement. A beach hut on Abersoch's main beach is available from April to September to guests to rent at an extra charge of £250 per week.

The Property can be rented alongside Bryn Refail Bach to accommodate up to 18 people.

North Wales showcases some of the UK's most varied landscape, from the snow-capped mountains of Snowdonia to the beaches of the Llyn Peninsula. Indeed, it is one of the only parts of Britain where you can be in the mountains in the morning and at the seaside by the afternoon. The diverse animal life of the region reflects this, with everything from otters to ospreys and seals to dolphins.

Not many places are imbued with such history and heritage, which is reflected throughout the region from cottages to castles! Attractions abound, with zoos and farms, steam railways and activity centres. There are regular events from international cultural festivals and shows to family fun days.

The area also offers a huge range of outdoor activities; walking, cycling, fishing, golf and water-sports to name only a few. In many parts of North Wales the spoken language is Welsh, not English, although people who cannot or will not speak the latter are rare, and signposts and other notices always display their message in both languages.
