The Property is a fantastic imposing property in a most sought after location on the beachside of The Strand in the pretty resort of Saundersfoot. The decked area is ideal to watch the children on the beach while relaxing with a well-earned glass of wine.  Included in the property are a sauna and fully equipped games room in the basement - ideal for those rainy days making The Property a great choice at any time of year! It has panoramic views across Saundersfoot beach, direct access onto the beach and a comfortable flat walk to all the shops, bars and restaurants along The Strand an ideal position.

A stunning house with large conservatory style entrance porch for coats and boots, leading through to the hall and lounge with TV, DVD, Sky+ (subject to atmospheric conditions) and Wifi. The lounge  incorporates  a dining area with large table to seat 10 with picture windows overlooking the beach. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious decked area with panoramic views across the bay and direct access to the beach. There is a shower on the deck for washing off the sand after a lovely day by the sea. The lounge area also leads into a fully fitted kitchen with large range style cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven and a utility room with washing machine, fridge freezer and tumble drier. There is also a downstairs toilet, whb and shower. The basement  is a great escape for children with ping-pong, pool, TV and games. There is also a sauna with shower and whb. Upstairs on the first floor are 4 spacious bedrooms. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom with picture windows overlooking the sea and 2 further childrens bedrooms. On this floor there are 2 bathrooms one with a shower and one with a bath. A further flight of stairs leads to the master super kingsize suite with stunning sea views and a viewing/reading area, en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet, whb and shower.
