Just a short stroll down into Portmellon Cove with its sandy beach and lovely pub, around a 20 minute walk to the bustling harbour of Mevagissey, and a short drive to iconic landmarks such as The Lost Gardens Of Heligan and The Eden Project, The Property really is a gem of a property.

The main living area is a huge open plan lounge/diner featuring large picture window, oak furniture, plenty of comfortable seating and a large TV. Off the lounge is a second sitting room/den with TV, Playstation, board games, sofas and direct access to the terrace. Both living areas from benefit from those fabulous sea views. Off the dining area is a well equipped kitchen.

On the ground floor is a king-size bedroom with a large en-suite shower room. Upstairs you will find a further two king rooms, one en-suite, both with patio doors onto the balcony, twin bedroom and family bathroom with bath and shower. Stairs lead up to the second floor with twin room which also has fantastic views.

There is plenty of parking on the paved driveway to the front of the property, and to the rear is a large garden laid to lawn. Also to the rear is a raised enclosed terrace with patio furniture. Perfect for enjoying your morning cuppa or evening sundowner!

Parties of 6 or less will automatically receive a 15% discount at certain times of the year (please ask for dates). This will mean that only three of the bedrooms will be available to use.
