Keeping true to its name, The Property (Welsh for Haven), is a newly refurbished coastal haven boasting a cosy log fire, spacious roof top garden and private hot tub with incredible panoramic views across Swansea Bay. The bright, contemporary kitchen has been well-equipped with modern appliances and each room has been tastefully decorated with luxurious touches. In an elevated position at the rear of the garden is the Garden Room; a private and tranquil space with flame effect fire and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to take full advantage of the far-reaching views. This really is the perfect property for friends and family that are looking to enjoy a luxurious, relaxing holiday exploring all that Mumbles and Gower has to offer.

From your doorstep you can find a plethora of local eateries, bars and independent boutiques that populate the streets of Mumbles, including Bistro Pierre (0.5 miles) and Castellamare (0.7 miles). The seafront promenade that stretches from Mumbles to Swansea Bay is just across the road from the property and boasts wonderful views across the bay and out towards Mumbles Pier. Rotherslade Bay and the Surfside Cafe are around 15 minutes' walk from The Property where you can also amble around to the ever-popular Langland Bay. Langland is a great family friendly beach that features breath-taking cliff-top views from the coastal path, a lovely seafront brasserie, an 18-hole golf course and sandy shores lined with picturesque beach huts.

Reception: Access the property via a flight of stairs that open up into the reception area with quiet reading space Lounge: Stylish lounge with leather seating, 2 armchairs, cosy wood burner, large TV and bay window overlooking the bay. Kitchen: Bright, modern kitchen with rooftop sunlight, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.  Dining Room: Dining table with built-in bench seating and dining chairs for up to 8 people.  Bedroom 1: Bunk bedroom (double bed with 3ft single over), bedside table and dressing table.  Bathroom 1: Bath with shower over, WC and wash basin.  Second Floor:

Bedroom 2: Superking bedroom with with bedside tables, chest of drawers, and views out across Swansea Bay. En suite: Shower room with WC and wash basin.  Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with bedside tables, chest of drawers, dressing table and views out across Swansea Bay.  Bedroom 4: Superking bedroom with bedside tables, dressing table and views out across Swansea Bay.  Bathroom 2: Vaulted ceilings, freestanding bath, enclosed shower, WC and wash basin. Roof top garden area with glass balustrades, garden furniture and wonderful panoramic views out across Swansea Bay with glimpses of Mumbles Lifeboat Station in the distance. There are 2 steps up to rooftop from 2nd floor.  Private hot tub, garden room and outdoor shower in a elevated position, boasting uninterrupted sea views. The garden room features comfortable seating, flame effect fire and floor-to-ceiling views from the bi-folding doors out across Swansea Bay. Accessed via flight of steep external steps with handrail to one side.  Additional Information

No smoking inside the property please. Water: Mains water supply. Parking: Garage parking available for 1 car. Unrestricted on-street parking available outside the property for 1 car.  There is an owners apartment, accessed through the garage, and with a small separate area of astroturf. This is not in use when guests are staying.
