Whilst guests can chose to enjoy a few meals alone given each apartment has its own kitchen and sitting room, groups can convene at mealtimes to cook and eat together in the Victorian Kitchen which can accommodate up to 18 guests comfortably around a large central table.
The Victorian Kitchen was still used as the castle’s main kitchen until the end of WWII. The original kitchen range and vaulted ceiling are the room’s key features. It can seat all 18 guests on a large central table. Just off this room is the servery which has a dishwasher, fridge, hob and oven along with all crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchenware.
Each individual apartment has a dining table large enough to seat the occupants of that apartment and all have a full kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher and all crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchenware.
