Set over four floors, this sumptuous property has been decorated and furnished to an exceptionally high standard - with all the mod cons you could need. Each of the stunning bedrooms features the same high quality of décor and furnishings, resulting in the ultimate sleep experience. The four luxurious bedrooms all with their own bathrooms make this the perfect holiday choice for extended families or groups of friends looking for a special place to stay.

The living area boasts its own bar, large Smart TV with Netflix, and the owner’s signature clock wall. Snuggle up in front of the open fire (logs not provided) on the comfortable sofas, mix a cocktail and discuss your plans for the next day of your holiday. Notice the maximalist decor throughout, making the most of the high ceilings and large sash windows with the heavy drapes and many chandeliers adding elegance and grandeur. Go down the stairs to the lower ground floor and you will discover a well-equipped open plan kitchen dining room. What a great space; it's easy to imagine good food with drink and conversation flowing into the night around the large table surrounded by eight comfortable chairs. There is also a wall mounted TV and SONOS sound system for your enjoyment.

GROUND FLOOR

Entrance: Enter through the magnificent Georgian style door into a welcoming porch. Lounge Area:  Plush seating including a two and three seater leather sofas, open fire in front area, Queen Anne leather armchair, extra-large footstool, large coffee table, lamp, ornamental/decorative fireplace with elegant mirror over, Smart TV with Netflix, SONOS sound system, large sash window with fabulous drapes. Relaxing Bar Area:  With another Queen Anne armchair ideal for relaxing and even dozing in, a fabulous high-backed chair, comfy alcove bench and coffee table. Here you have a well-equipped bar area with an array of glasses, small sink, glass fronted wine and bottle fridge and icemaker. The perfect place to mix a cocktail after a long day in Whitby.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR

Kitchen: Large well-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and granite work surfaces, built-in double electric oven with grill, five ring gas hob with hood over, American style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, SMEG Juicer, SONOS sound system, sash window looking out onto the small garden and plenty of storage. This spacious room with its large dining table and elegant chairs, seats eight in comfort. There is a wall mounted TV.

Ground Floor Bedroom One: Zip and Link bed (can be super king size or twin on request), with bedside cabinet and lamp, a range of built-in wardrobes and dressing table with mirror and light over, make-up mirror, hairdryer, stool and wall mounted Smart TV with Netflix.

Bathroom: Tiled floor with underfloor heating, fully tiled walls, large jacuzzi bath, wall hung washbasin with mirror over, WC.

Half Landing Utility Cupboard: Housing boiler and washer dryer.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom Two:  Magnificently designed “Steam Punk” styled front facing room with two large sash windows taking in the views of Whitby. With king size bed, two bedside cabinets and lamps, wood laminate flooring and wall mounted Smart TV with Netflix. There is a bespoke dressing table area with ornate mirror and chair, make-up mirror and hairdryer. An inset area for hanging clothes and shelf for storage, period fireplace with mantle over (not in use). In an alcove with feature bookcase wallpaper is a large leather snuggle chair En-Suite: Fully tiled walls and floor with underfloor heating, walk in shower with large rainfall shower head, WC, wash bowl on bespoke wood shelf with mirror over.

Bedroom Three: The owners have named this the Copper Bedroom with its quirky copper piping for clothes hanging, switches and fixtures and its contemporary copper feature wallpaper. King size bed with two bedside tables and lamps, original fireplace (not in use), copper piping clothes hanging, large bespoke shelf with mirror over and chair, make-up mirror and hairdryer. Wall mounted Smart TV with Netflix. En-Suite: Tiled walls and floor with underfloor heating, large steam shower cubicle with massaging jets, WC, Wash bowl on shelf with mirror over, heated towel rail.

SECOND FLOOR: 

Master Bedroom:  Taking up the whole of the top floor, this suite with its feature brick wall and wood laminate flooring, king size bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, two-seater sofa and side tables, is the perfect place to end a busy day's sightseeing. There is an unusual dressing table and stool, full length mirror, make-up mirror and hairdryer with free-standing Smart TV with Netflix on a trunk. An inset area for hanging clothes and shelf for storage. Two sash dormer windows give you beautiful views over Whitby. En-Suite: Sumptuous bathroom with tiled floor and underfloor heating, jacuzzi bath, WC, wall mounted vanity wash hand basin with mirror over, tiled floor, heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE
