Whatever your interests, there is something for everyone in the locality, historic castles, even older abbeys, museums, farms, walking, cycling, superb local markets with the very best Yorkshire produce and, of course, restaurants and tea rooms too numerous to mention.

GROUND FLOOR

Entrance: Through the front door is a generous hallway with plenty of hooks to hang your coats and seats with shoe racks beneath.

Bedroom One: With zip & link bed which can be either a king size or two singles to suit you, and two bedside cabinets with lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe. Also, you will find a lovely dressing table with mirror over and chair. There is a full-length mirror on the wall and don’t forget the TV, should you want to lie back and catch up on your favourite programmes. En-Suite: A luxurious room with marble tiled floor and walls, a double walk in shower with rain-head shower, wc, wall hung basin with mirror over and heated towel rail. Bedroom Two: King size bed, two quirky bedside cabinets with lamps, wardrobe, dressing table, stool with mirror over and TV. En-Suite: Another fantastic room with marble tiled floor and walls, a large walk in shower with rain head attachment, wall hung basin with mirror over, large wall mirror and heated towel rail. Utility area: Plenty of built in storage, with one cupboard housing the washing machine and tumble dryer. This area leads through to the retreat area. Retreat: With reclaimed wood panelled walls and a huge top of the range eight-seater hot tub, mood lighting and a tiki bar, this is the ideal place to gather together and relax at the end of a long day sightseeing around the local area. The bar area seats eight and is equipped with unbreakable glasses and serving dishes along with a wine fridge to store your drinks in. There is even a speaker system installed for the perfect party! Please note the retreat and hot tub are available at an extra charge.

FIRST FLOOR Open Plan Living Area: This is a wonderful light and airy room which boasts five windows overlooking the surrounding parkland and with views across the North Yorkshire Moors, a rarity from the centre of Whitby. Lounge Area: With two 3-seater and a 2-seater sofa and a large glass coffee table, this is a great place to sit together and make plans for the next day of your holiday. Or find a book and enjoy a quiet read under the feature standard lamp. There is also a large screen Smart TV. Dining: There are two dining areas, choose from the dining table and four chairs or sit on one of the four chairs arranged around the extended kitchen island and chat with the designated cook. Kitchen: Well-equipped kitchen with marble worktops and Mango work units and shelves. Here you will find a built-in electric oven and induction hob set in the island worktop, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Or make your morning drink in the Nespresso coffee maker.

Bathroom: With marble tiled floor and walls, an L shaped bath with rain-head shower attachment, WC, wall hung wash basin with large mirror on the wall and heated towel rail.

Bedroom Three: King-size bed with bedside cabinets and lamps, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and chair, chest of drawers and full-length mirror and TV.  The is a door through to a small galleried landing with inset bookcases. Bedroom Four: This room has another zip & link bed given the option of two singles or a king-size, there is a free standing full length mirror wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table with mirror and TV.

Outside: There is a sweeping drive up to the property and car parking to the side. The property is set in communal grounds with a seating area under the trees to the side of the property.
