Description

With an amazing semi circular living space to maximise the sea and coastal views, this high quality, spacious duplex apartment is conveniently situated just a few minutes from the sea front in Ilfracombe, its picturesque harbour and Landmark Theatre. The apartment is close to a popular pub/restaurant and the town's other shops and amenities are a short walk away. Balmoral is a perfect choice for a family holiday for a larger party size, or couples looking to holiday with friends. Located on the ground floor, the holiday apartment comprises of an open plan living/dining space which is light and airy with comfy leather sofas and wooden dining table. The contemporary cream fitted kitchen area is well equipped and positioned just off the main living space. The apartment has wood-effect laminate flooring throughout. French doors open onto an enclosed, private garden with palm trees and decked balcony which has an attractive wrought iron balustrade. Over breakfast enjoy the wonderful coastal views before heading out to enjoy the town and the surrounding beaches and countryside of North Devon.

All four of the bedrooms have high quality bed linen and furniture. The master bedroom with an en suite and one of the twin bedrooms both have access onto a shared side balcony with sea views. The remainder of the ground floor comprises of a further two twin bedrooms and high quality bathroom. All bed mattresses are pocket sprung. Internal stairs lead down to a spacious second living room complete with large 50" flat screen TV. The room makes for an ideal den for younger members of the party, complete with bean bags and comfy seating.  A locked door leads out to a corridor, providing access to the communal bin store and lift serving all floors. Close to Wildersmouth Beach and Capstone Hill, Balmoral is a spacious and extremely comfortable apartment, complete with magnificent coastal views.

Kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, stainless steel sink and waste disposal unit, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Bedroom 1 with Superking and ensuite shower room with WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bedroom 3 with Twin. Bedroom 4 with Twin. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin. Lower ground floor: Secondary living room with 50" Full HD TV, Blu-ray / DVD and selection of books and games.
