The second balcony from the lounge on the second floor enjoys views of the harbour and beyond to Torquay. This is a classic topsy turvy property so common in this area to take advantage of the panorama.

The Property is part of a larger property called 'The Property House' which divides into three different sized apartments and can be rented in sections or as an entire inter-connecting property that can sleep up to 15. You can rent an individual apartment, any combination of the apartments or together as an entire property.

The short 5 minute walk to town takes you to some fabulous restaurants, quirky coffee shops and traditional pubs, some dating back centuries and all steeped in the fishing industry history. From intimate bars to lively entertainment there is something for everyone.

If you don't fancy that climb back up the hill after dinner - don’t worry you are a short and inexpensive taxi ride away.
