The Property is the perfect choice for larger families or groups of friends to holiday together. The centre of Mortehoe village with its pubs, post office and village store is just a few minutes walk and a mile further will bring you to Woolacombe with a wider choice of pubs, cafes, shops and not forgetting its award winning surfing beach, with local surf school.  Perfect for keen walkers, the entrance to the coastal path is just at the end of the road, where you can enjoy breath-taking views across the sea to Lundy Island. Rockham Bay, a secluded beach with rockpools, Morte Point with its spectacular views and the walk to Lee Bay are all popular choices.

This spacious and well-kept family home has been recently updated (works due to complete Autumn 2021) with a lovely modern kitchen/family room with centre island, comfy sofa and large wall mounted TV. Linked with the dining area, both rooms have bi-fold doors to the back garden, creating a wonderful space for family and friends to socialise. Upstairs there are four co-ordinated bedrooms, two ensuite shower rooms and a family bathroom. The property is in a slightly elevated position giving wonderful sea/coastal views from the front garden.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to the agency with the final balance of your holiday, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Bedding & Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels). Highchair, travel cot, and stairgate provided
