FIRST FLOOR: Bedroom 2: Double bed (4'6"), chest of drawers, armchair, views across the bay. Bedroom 3: Twin beds (3'), bedside units. Bedroom 4: Double bed (4'6"), chest of drawers, bedside units. Bathroom: Bath, large rainfall shower, heated towel rail, basin, wc.

SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed (5'), flatscreen TV, built-in storage, window seat, sea views. En Suite: Large rainfall shower, basin, wc.

GARDEN & PARKING: Raised decking area to the front offering the perfect spot to enjoy the coastal views. Small rear courtyard with outside tap. Allocated parking for two cars to the front of the house.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am. Pets Welcome: Maximum 1; £25 per week. Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Baby Equipment: Travel cot, highchair and stairgate provided, please bring your own cot linen. Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.
