Beautiful Mansion House, Tetbury

The Long Barn is amazing! Actully a pair of large converted byre's, presented to the very highest standard with a mix of contemporary features and classic Cotswolds touches. It is situated down a quiet lane in a pretty hamlet in the Southern Cotswolds, near to Tetbury, the home to some of the region's finest antique shops! Although the properties are available independently, together they provide superb, spacious accommodation for large get-togethers for up to 19 people. Internally the barns are both open plan and interconnecting, and include an enormous dining table for the all important evening meal!

ACCOMMODATION (split between two properties, but interconnecting)

Barn One
Kitchen/Dining/Living Room open plan with underfloor heating and french doors to garden area.
Kitchen area fully equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Dining Area with table and chairs for 10 people, comfortably (main dining seating is in Pantiles)
Living Area with sofas and chairs, open fire plus a sofa.
Utility / Boot Room with washing machine and ample storage for coats and boots.
Bedroom Two (suitable for those with limited mobility and/or wheelchair users) with King size double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and Ensuite Wet Room with shower, WC and washbasin, no steps.

First Floor
Master Bedroom with King size double bed wardrobe, chest of drawers plus Ensuite Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin
Bedroom Three with two single beds (large) with bedside tables & drawers
Bedroom Four with two single beds (large), hanging space and chest of drawers
Bathroom Three with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin

Barn Two
Kitchen/Dining/Living Room very spacious open plan with underfloor heating, french doors to garden.
Kitchen, fully equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Dining Area with enormous table and chairs comfortably seating 10 to 20 people if necessary.
Living Area with two '3-seater' sofas, further sofa, armchair, open fire, TV and DVD.
Utility Room with washing machine, tumble drier, plus Cloakroom with WC and washbasin. There is ample space for storing coats and boots etc in the utlity room.
Bedroom One with King Size bed,wardrobe, chest of drawers plus Ensuite Wet Room with shower, WC and washbasin
Bedroom Two with two single beds with wardrobe, chest of drawers and access through french doors to separate terrace area. Ensuite Shower Room with shower, WC and washbasin. Please note that both these bedrooms are suitable from wheelchair users.

Upstairs
Bedroom Three with three single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom Four (Master) with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, plus access to mezzanine level overlooking the living space.
Bathroom Three with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin.

Outside
The property sits in a peaceful location and has enclosed, private gardens with patios, tables and chairs. Surrounding the properties are gardens including a small lake (with ducks, moorhens to name two) which must be considered by those bringing young children, but please note that your garden is completely enclosed and safe! BBQ overlooking the moat also available!

Friday Changeover please. Full weeks only in High Season. Dog Welcome charged at £30 per dog. Cot & High Chair supplied. Table tennis table and mini snooker table available. Wifi available.

Heating & Electricity incl. Ample off street parking for both properties. Private Chef available - highly recommended. Please enquire. Badminton charged at Xmas rates, please note.

Please Note a refundable Security Deposit of £200.00 is required by the owners before arrival.

The area boasts hundreds of beautiful sandy bays to choose from and fantastic surfing opportunities. The historic cities of Exeter, Bath and Gloucester are definitely worth a visit, and with transport links all the way down to Penzance even the famous Lands End and remote Isles of Scilly can be reached.
