Entrance through to lobby area Cloakroom with WC and washbasin Kitchen /Dining/Living Room - a VAST open plan room presented in a cool and contemporary style with views across the Nature Reserve and garden. Kitchen, fully equipped with American style fridge, freezer, butlers sink, island, electric hob and oven, microwave and dishwasher. Dining Area with two large tables and chairs for up to twelve people. A separate table for an additional 6 is available If you are booking one of the other barns as well.
Living Area with two large sofas, two additional sofas, (one which is a sofa bed*) woodburning stove, large flat screen TV, DVD player and space!! Bedroom Five with king zip n link bed with chest of drawers and hanging rails. (Access to the Utility Room is through this bedroom please note). Utility Room with washbasin, washing machine and separate drier.
Upstairs Bedroom One with double zip n link bed plus chest of drawers, hanging rails and Ensuite Shower Room with WC and wash basin. Bedroom Two with twin beds and chest of drawers and hanging rails Family Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin Bedroom Three with twin beds and chest of drawers and hanging rails Bedroom Four with double zip n link bed, chest of drawers and hanging rails and Ensuite Shower room with WC and wash basin. External Outside there is a good size garden with table and chairs, small paddock plus BBQ area, beyond there is ample space across the owner's land which inclues a small brook and a couple of ponds please note!

Wifi included - but please note that the signal is weak, and whilst suitable for emails, it's probably not strong enough to stream movies etc.
Friday Changeover in High Season. Children Welcome, Cot and High Chair supplied. Pets considered at a cost of £60, per pet, per week. Additional 2 persons on the double* sofa bed charged at supplement of £75 per person per stay. Maximum of 12-13 people depending on party make up.
The owner requests a £300 security / damages deposit required when booking this property, payable by bank transfer (to the owner) a month in advance of arrival.
