Spacious Holiday Rental, Burford

Albion Barn is a fabulous and contemporary barn conversion set within an excellent and rural location on the edge of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds. Internally the owners have put together a spacious holiday home simply ideal for all ages with a large living/dining room and separate kitchen as well as good sized bedrooms, mainly on the ground floor, plus a self contained annex just ten paces from the back door! Even though there are some clear signs of a period barn, there are many, many modern touches including underfloor heating throughout and an 'uber kitchen' that make this such a unique and desirable holiday property. Externally the property enjoys a quiet location as it sits on the edge of this little hamlet, with fields in all directions, while the barn's private and enclosed garden to the rear make this an ideal property to kick back and relax! The separate and fully self contained annex provides an ideal private hideaway for two in your group! With great access to the Cotswolds and a local pub on your doorstep we are quite certain that you will be delighted with this choice.

ACCOMMODATION

Entrance through to living/dining room or alternatively through to the kitchen.
Kitchen, a stunning contemporary and top of the range feast with no detail missed! Fully equipped, including 2 ovens, integrated microwave, 5 ring induction hob surface, large fridge freezer, dishwasher plus table and six chairs.

Upstairs

Across the driveway is a separate, open plan and self contained annex included within the price.

Bedroom (Bedroom Six) area with SuperKing size bed (which can be split into two single beds - please specify) plus double sofa bed (*Sofa bed is charged at £50 per person).

There is an enclosed garden to the side/rear of the property with good size grass area, with table and chairs. There is also an additional courtyard area with a covered area housing a HOT TUB taking 6-8 people.

Friday changeovers preferred but can be flexible, please enquire. Off street parking. 2 Cots & 2 high chairs available. Pets by arrangement. Hot tub available for use charged £60 per WEEKEND or £100 per WEEK. FREE WI-FI included. Underfloor heating throughout included.

*Additional single futon beds charged at £50.00

Daily Cleaning Service available charged separately.

Damages and additional cleaning deposit of £500 payable to the owners (£600 for users of the hot tub).
