Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin Bedroom (Bedroom Six) area with SuperKing size bed (which can be split into two single beds - please specify) plus double sofa bed (*Sofa bed is charged at £50 per person).
Outside There is an enclosed garden to the side/rear of the property with good size grass area, with table and chairs. There is also an additional courtyard area with a covered area housing a HOT TUB taking 6-8 people.
Friday changeovers preferred but can be flexible, please enquire. Off street parking. 2 Cots & 2 high chairs available. Pets by arrangement. Hot tub available for use charged £60 per WEEKEND or £100 per WEEK. FREE WI-FI included. Underfloor heating throughout included.
*Additional beds charged at £50.00 (up to 4 extra beds beds giving a maximum occupancy of 16)
Daily Cleaning Service available charged separately.
Damages and additional cleaning deposit of £500 payable to the owners (£600 for users of the hot tub).
