The Property is a superb choice for a large gathering of friends or family looking to be located right in the heart of the Cotswolds and within a very comfortable and spacious barn conversion. We see it as the ideal choice for a family country holiday given its surroundings, tucked down a very quiet lane on the edge of small village. Set on a working farm within a small Cotswolds hamlet, the barn has nearby access to the rolling countryside of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds. Over the years guests have regularly returned to The Property (which is a very good sign) and we suspect it is because it has a wonderful open plan living space which is absolutely ideal for entertaining. The owners who are around the corner and happy to give advice and ideas on what to do locally have worked hard to make this an attractive destination and together the property and the classic countryside surroundings make it perfect as a get-a-way choice. Internally the barn has been well renovated and provides superb facilities and touches including the enormous windows in the centre of the building. Externally this English Country barn has an enclosed garden and access to brilliant walks in every direction. An absolute favourite with our customers, and you can see why.
Entrance through to the open plan living room Living Room with three large sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed*, large flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD player, plus wood burning stove. Dining Area with large oak table and chairs for up to 10 people Kitchen, large and well appointed, with electric hob, electric grill and oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier. Cloakroom with WC and washbasin.
Upstairs Bedroom One with king size / zip and link beds with wardrobe, chest of drawers + extra single bed* and Ensuite WC and washbasin ( no shower please note). Bedroom Two with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers with Ensuite Shower Room with shower, WC and washbasin. Bedroom Three with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, plus Ensuite Shower Room with shower, WC and washbasin Bedroom Four with king size bed / zip and link beds with wardrobe, chest of drawers Bathroom Four with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin
Outside There is an enclosed garden to the side of the property, with table and chairs. There is a lawn, a large patio with colourful tubs, furniture and a bbq. Plenty of parking. Good for children or pets similarly.
Pets Welcome (maximum of 2)- please note they are charged at £25.00 per week/short stay at this property. Children welcome, travel cot and high chair available. Off street parking for a maximum of 5 cars. *Double sofa bed / single bed available at £40 per person per stay. Wifi included.
Short breaks considered any time of the year (except Christmas and New Year). Friday changeover during periods of peak demand please.
