Once inside and you close the door, the peace 'hits' you and yet you are moments from a cafe, a delicatessen, an art gallery, a pub - even a curry house! This is a fabulous home and we love it - absolutely idyllic.

There is an additional TV in the corner, next to an original fireplace with terrestrial channels only..Underfloor heating in kitchen/dining room. Conservatory, light and bright with seating overlooking and with access to the cottage garden.Portable heaters can be put in. Second Floor Bedroom Four, valuted and lofty room with two single beds, chest of drawers and shelving. Ensuite Toilet with WC and washbasin. Large wardrobe in the bathroom.
Outside To the rear is traditional cottage garden, with patio area and table plus chairs. There is also a grassed area with flower beds etc plus a second table and chairs. The owners have really given thought to child safety here with a gate and small picket fence to ensure children are discouraged from getting close to the wall.

Parking - On street parking (free and unrestricted - but not designated - in front of the property.) Wifi available and included. PILLOWS ARE FEATHER BUT THERE IS HYPOALLERGENIC PILLOWS. They are kept in the room with the fireplace.
