Inside the owners (who also own the very popular and successful Home Farm down the road/across the fields!) have created a contemporary and sleek home with large rooms throughout making it perfect for families and groups alike who fancy kicking back and having a good break. For the competitive there is a pool table in the annex plus an extra huge TV if you find the competition too hot to handle. Either way, it gives the parents a break! As you'd expect you'll be inundated with wildlife - owls, pheasants, deer, muntjak plus a host of rare birds. A great choice.
Entrance through to hallway which extends through the house and gives access to all rooms on the ground floor. Living Room, wonderfully spacious and with ample seating plus warming wood burning stove, large flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD player. There is an additional, separate seating area also. Doors to gardens Kitchen, very well equipped and presented to a high standard leading to the dining area. The kitchen includes an induction hob with Bosch double oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer plus large fridge freezer. The dining table comfortable seats up to 10 people. Cloakroom with WC and washbasin The bedrooms are located at the other end of the long hallway, with two bedrooms upstairs. Gardens The property is surrounded by huge open gardens with flank the lane and surrounding fields. The area is mainly laid to lawn and ideal for ball games etc, plus there are many trees.There are multiple seating areas, as well as climbing frame. The gardens are not overlooked at all.
