Externally, there is an enclosed courtyard garden to the front providing complete privacy, while the surrounding countryside and hamlet is completely ideal for walks.
ACCOMMODATION (all on one level)
Entrance through to large hall with utility room Cloakroom with WC and basin. Kitchen / Breakfast Room, fully fitted with electric hob and oven, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher plus large kitchen table and chairs. Dining Room, with large table and chairs for up to 10 people with WIFI and ipod docking station. Living Space with several large sofas, woodburning stove, large Plasma TV with Freeview and DVD. Additional area with sofa (bed for two*) and reading light.

Friday Changeover please, but can be flexible. Children Welcome, Cot and High Chair supplied. Pets Welcome at £60 per pet per week.
£300 security / damages deposit required by owner payable by bank transfer a month in advance of arrival.
