The Property is a converted Sussex Wheat Barn with fantastic vaulted ceilings, beams and oak flooring. Set in 90 acres of a working farm the barn is reached via a long driveway. Enjoy the stunning views and sounds of the Sussex countryside. Carp and trout fishing is also available. An ideal accommodation for a family holiday. This area of East Sussex has many interesting places to visit including Herstmonceux Castle home of the Royal Observatory. Pevensey Castle, built by William the Conqueror, and the coast is also only 15 miles away.

A small market town with far reaching views of the surrounding countryside and a packed calendar of events such as the French street market, Cuckoo Fair and Heathfield Show. The Cuckoo Trail is a 14 mile path which follows the former railway line and passes through several nearby villages. Ideal for walkers and cyclists to take in the local wildlife and view the Victorian tunnel and arch bridges.

For something different visit the Wilderness Wood, a forestry school which offers archery lessons, den building and many more fun outdoor activities. Blackberry Farm near the village of Whitesmith is home to a host of animals and wildfowl, with tractor rides, pig feeding and pony rides there is plenty for the younger ones.  For a trip to the coast, visit the large resort of Eastbourne with the iconic Beachy Head which is just on the edge of the South Downs National Park.

 Farley Farm House has an open gallery for visitors, with a sculpture garden and small gift shop. A guided tour is available of the modern art and photography. Horam Manor has nine fishery lakes and woodland walks to explore.
