Dining Area with large 'farmhouse' dining table and eight chairs, with large glass windows/doors leading to decked seating area. Kitchen, well equipped, with electric range cooker with double oven and grill, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and a breakfast bar. Lower Ground Floor Bedroom, a HUGE room with wooden flooring, four single beds, which can be zipped together to make two large double beds if preferred, wardrobe plus doors to separate decking area within garden.
Upstairs to large landing overlooking living space below; Bedroom Two with exceptional view across the countryside, King Size bed (which can be separated into 2 single beds), chest of drawers, dressing table plus Ensuite Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin. Bedroom Three with King Size bed (which can be separated into 2 single beds) wardrobe, Ensuite Shower Room with shower, WC and washbasin.
Outside To the rear is an enclosed garden area with decking and grassed areas. There are tables and chairs. The space is more than adequate for playing and general playing! To the front is more garden plus ample parking. Please note that there are some barns beyond which are used for horses. Excellent walks from the front door!
