  • "Excellent property but a couple of minor points."

Two light bulbs in kitchen were not working (gives a bad impression). TV remote in back snug not working. Sliding wardrobe doors in top bedroom need attention.

Thank you for your review. We’ll address the lights which must have recently gone and also the batteries in the remote. With regards to the sliding doors, that’s also something we will look to improve. Property Owner

Walking distance from all the shops, and the seaside. Property was as described, clean, and had more than enough space for all of us. Would happily stay here again. WiFi was a little bouncy at times, but that was solved by restarting it.

We’re glad that you enjoyed your stay. We have now installed super fast fibre to the property, to improve the connection and avoid drop outs. When you next visit you’ll notice the difference. Property Owner

In comparison with other similar properties price is about right. Keypad door entry worked well for all members of our group. No major issues, and when coffee machine failed to work it was replaced quickly. A few hooks for coats and jackets in the entrance hall would be good.

  • "We enjoyed our stay here (6 adults, 2 children, 2 infants) and would recommend it."

Great location with Asda so close and also possible to walk or get the bus to beach and pier. Clean modern rooms and reasonable lounge space for large group. Questionable whether one of the rooms was a full double as would struggle to have two adults in there under a sloping roof. Thinner duvets would also be good for summer. Downstairs toilet would have been useful as one main bathroom and others en-suite. Enclosed back garden was ideal. We were always able to park in the spaces at the back of the house or close by on the road (as we had 3 cars). Bath towels were provided per person but it would have been useful to have a hand towel per person too. A mirror in the large bedroom upstairs would also be useful. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The house was beautifully presented and in great condition and works very well with the kitchen diner. We all loved it and would definitely stay there again. It's got everything you need for a comfortable stay and has lots of great shops very close and very close to the promenade. 10 out of 10 from us all.

  • "This was our second visit to the property which is perfect for our family (older siblings and Mother) holiday."

The location is central and quiet and the keyless entry is a good idea for several people coming and going. Communication with Owen is straightforward and with a prompt response. The house had everything you would require but a coat/shoe rack would be a bonus for outdoor clothing. We love it here and will return. Thank you, Owen.

It’s great to have you back and we are glad that you’ve had the same brilliant experience as your first. We will take your feedback on board and discuss implementing with our team. Property Owner

  • "We had a fantastic 7 day Christmas stay at Oxford House."

The property was well maintained with plenty of room and exceptionally clean on arrival with a lovely welcome pack and a bottle of Prosecco. The snug was a really good extra room for a little quiet time. The owners allowed us entry at 1:30pm instead of 4pm this gave us chance to settle in and complete our food shopping. Ideal location, many shops on the retail parks, Asda literally on the doorstep and the Promenade within walking distance of approx 10 minutes. If any suggestions at all I would suggest the owners provide a rack for coats maybe in the vestibule at the entrance of the property or make use of the cupboard under the stairs as after being outside we had to take all coats upstairs to individual rooms as nowhere to hang same downstairs. All in all a lovely holiday would definitely recommend to others.

Thank you for your positive feedback Lorraine. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. We will take your comments on board and look to add a coat hook to a location in the property. Best wishes Owen and Rebecca Property Owner

  • "A great property which was very comfortable, spacious, clean and modern."

The kitchen and lounge spaces were great to relax in with the added bonus of the TV room. We were a group of 4 adults (siblings), so it was a luxury to have a comfortable bedroom each and 3 bathrooms between us. Although the kitchen was well equipped for the 4 of us, I'm not sure there would be enough cupboard and fridge space for a large group as the house sleeps up to 10 people. The house is also ideally placed in Llandudno being within walking distance of local amenities, cafes, beaches and the the Great Orme. We had a great weekend and would highly recommend this property.

  • "We found the house to be very comfortable."

The living spaces were good and the dining table in the kitchen was great. Good to have a separate TV room at the back and the outdoor space. Loved the lavender outside! The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed. Only disappointment was that the velux on the top floor wouldn’t open and it did get very hot upstairs, though we were there during a heatwave. The only other problem with the house was the configuration of the bathrooms. Having a downstairs toilet might have worked better. We would consider staying again.

  • "Our party was of three families."

The basics of the Let were OK - good enough for what we needed but the kitchen was under equipped for 10 persons. There is only one domestic fridge/freezer when two (or even three) are needed and the cupboard space is insufficient for three families to store food properly. We were disappointed. We consider the place over-priced for what we got and would not return.

Thank you for your review, it’s disappointing that there were aspects of your stay that you were unhappy with. Our listing clearly shows that there is one fridge freezer. From many years of letting the property to 100s of families there has never been an issue with fridge/freezer space. We would recommend splitting your shopping over the week if you require a large amount of food. There is an Asda super store less than one minute walk from the property, which means, if you run out of space you can easily shop for more. Our kitchen provides at least one of everything for 10 guests, with extra cups, glasses and cutlery also. Thank you for your review. Property Owner
