  • "Fabulous modern and spacious house!"

Layout worked great for us as 2 families and the enclosed garden was brilliant for the dog! The gated parking meant we felt very safe and secure and the hot tub was fab! The only downside was the road noise in the bedrooms at night and early morning! Needs better insulation and double glazing I think! (Fire station caused no issues at all either!)

  • "Lovely family holiday home."

Beautifully decorated, very clean and well equipped for a large family. Plenty of space for all the family and a fantastic garden for the dog. Ideally located for everything we needed. The children loved the den or ‘dance room’ as they called it. Would come here again. Many thanks.

  • "Lovely house, very clean and spacious."

Booked as a group of women who had come to walk Snowden. Lacked mugs and spare toilet rolls. Considering it sleeps lots of people a bigger hot tub would have been welcomed so we could all have got in at the same time. I’m being really picky though. Lovely place and I’d book again.

  • "Fabulous property."

Ideal for our 4 generation family holiday. Spacious house, superb facilities & no stress. Could do with some more mugs (there were only 3), but plenty of cups, so we managed

Plenty of space for both families and finished to a high standard. Even though it was next door to a fire station, we didn't get much noise, it was quite peaceful.

Absolutely beautiful house, could do with king size beds though But really clean and well presented Weather was the only downside really, but we filled the week Highly recommend black stone beech , worth the drive and zip world But make sure you book well in advance to avoid disappointment

  • "Very nice property, spacious and modern."

Clean overall, some left over sock and panties under beds, likely from previous family. One shower clearing with difficulty and property manager Informed. Always available and trying to be helpful. Quite pricy property for the area, but we understand it was high demand this year due to Pandemic

Amazing finish and facilities. LOVED the hot tub and garden space. So glad we were able to enjoy the garden and eat outdoors in the beautiful weather. Short walk to town (10minutes) and short drive to lots of great attractions and beaches. The house was just right for our extended family! The parking and number of bathrooms were perfect!
