The Property is sure to be a hit with families and groups of friends who want to enjoy their Cornish holiday in peaceful surroundings. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach, the bungalow is all on one level and surprisingly spacious, making it perfect for all to enjoy.  This is a wonderful home from home, with a choice of seating in the cosy lounge, or sun trap in the garden room and of course some lovely outdoor furniture to take your morning coffee or dine al fresco. The garage has been converted into a games room with 6ft pool table, dartboard, echo dot smart speaker and fridge, which makes it a perfect place for teens and adults alike to relax and unwind.

Trevone boasts a cafe and beach shop (seasonal), a farm shop and local pub. Trevone Bay is well-loved for surfing and sandy beach activities with rock pooling and a natural swimming pool on the adjacent rocky beach.  Walkers will appreciate the coastal footpath, from where bird and sea life can be observed and of course the bustling nearby Padstow harbour offers fantastic days out with boat trips, a variety of wonderful restaurants and shops.

Garage: Converted into a games room with additional fridge, pool table, darts and an Echo dot smart speaker . Lounge/Diner: Smart TV with Netflix, Echo dot smart speaker, table and chairs. Bedroom 1: Super king size bed (6'), pull out single trundle available for flexible sleeping but own bed linen would be required, bedside units, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe. Changeover Day: Saturday- arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am. Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Gas central heating and heated towel rails in bathrooms. Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels. Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair provided. Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot. Shop: 500 yds (limited hours) or 2 mls Beach: 0.3 ml Pub: 0.2 ml
