The sitting room is filled with plush furnishings and a welcoming woodburning stove, perfect for those chillier evenings. The dining room comfortably seats your whole party and we can see many memories and stories being shared here. For those who want to break away for a quiet five minutes or perhaps the children want their own space for the evening, then the snug is ideal. From here, it’s through into the kitchen – a lavish space with all the equipment and appliances ready for you to cook up some culinary delights.

It is often said that nothing changes in Southwold. However, the much-acclaimed pier was rebuilt in 2001 and was the first to be constructed in England in over 50 years. It now fits in well with the painted beach huts, promenade and colourful flowerbeds. There is a shop, cafes and an alternative amusement arcade there.
