The Property is a pretty double fronted house with great character and occupies a superb position in Dunwich Road in Southwold, just a couple of minutes from the beach and enjoying seaviews from several of the beautifully furnished rooms.  The house also has the advantages of a private parking place and a pretty paved garden.

This wonderful holiday home is very spacious with two sitting rooms, a kitchen dining room, a utility room and a ground floor shower room which is ideal when returning from the beach.  The bedrooms and bathrooms are arranged over the first and second floors with the bathrooms having the 'wow' factor and the bedrooms having great sea views.

The Property is within walking distance of the iconic Southwold Pier, the Boating Lake, putting green and skate park as well as being a short distance from the Sole Bay Inn, the Adnams Brewery and Southwold High Street with its wide variety of places to shop, eat, drink and explore.  A little further a field, the Southwold Maize Maze is a popular attraction through the summer months, there are wonderful walks and cycle rides along the coast and over the marshes to Walberswick, Dunwich and beyond.  Southwold is a great spot from which to either enjoy a traditional beach holiday or explore the delights of Suffolk and Norfolk at any time of the year and the house is available for weekly holidays and short breaks.

Accommodation:

Entrance:

Into the tiled hall with stairs to the first floor and entrance to sitting rooms and corridor to the kitchen.

Main sitting room:

A bright and spacious room with bay window and a good view to the sea, ornamental fireplace, sofas and chairs, toy box, Smart TV, polished wooden floor boards and rugs.

Second sitting room:

A cosy room with bay window and view into Dunwich Road, decorative fireplace, two armchairs and two sofas, polished wooden floor boards, doorway to kitchen.

Kitchen:

A well planned fitted kitchen with table and chairs for eight and a view over the garden; fridge freezer, dishwasher, range gas cooker and extractor fan, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, good range of storage cabinets and a walk in larder, tiled floor and door to hall way and to utility room.

Utility room:

A useful and good sized room with washing machine and tumble dryer in fitted unit, coat rack, storage units, view over garden, door to shower room.

Shower room:

Corner cubicle, heated towel rail, WC and hand basin, tiled walls and floor.

First floor:

A spacious double bedroom with lovely view to the sea, a king sized bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, bed side tables and lamps, carpeted flooring.

Twin bedded room, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps and carpeted floor.

Bathroom:

A large bathroom with Victorian style tiled walls and floor, a large corner shower cubicle, a traditional roll top bath, WC and hand basin, together with a heated towel rail.

Second floor:

The Master bedroom has a king sized bed with a view of the sea and the big Suffolk skies.  This is a spacious and relaxing room with two large windows letting in plenty of light, a sofa, chest of drawers, hanging cupboard, bedside tables and lamps and carpeted floor.

Bunk Room:

This cosy room has bunk beds, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers and hanging space, and a carpeted floor.

Bathroom:

This second bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle, WC and handbasin, heated towel rail and is decorated with Victorian style tiles on the walls and floor.

Outside:

The garden is paved with mature shrubs and a pergola with climbing plants, table and chairs and an outside shed attached to the house for storage of bicycles and beach paraphanalia.  A door from the garden provides a separate entrance from the street.  There is an off street parking space in front of the garage which belongs to the house, in which the owners store their own bicycles.
