The kitchen area is fabulous, well fitted with breakfast bar, dishwasher, spotlights and three hanging pendant lights over the worktop. The living area has a couple of seating areas with large comfortable corner sofa and additional sofas alongside the bifolds so there’s plenty of seeing for all the family. There's a ground floor bedroom with ensuite and an additional three bedrooms upstairs with a family bathroom and ensuite.

The property is in a fabulous spot, between Paignton and Brixham, within easy walking distance of Broadsands Beach and Elberry Cove. Broadsands is great for kids and great for paddling and picnics. The peaceful pebble beach of Elberry Cove once a favourite spot of Agatha Christie, is framed by lush woodland, a safe spot for swimming. The deep waters beyond the cove are approved for water-skiing.

The South West Coastal Path is the longest coastal path in the UK, perfect for a walk before enjoying a cream tea at Churston Golf Club or Broadsands Pitch and Putt. Torquay is just a short drive away and there's plenty of activities including paint balling, go karting, boat trips, water park, Paignton Zoo, Agatha Christie's former holiday home, Greenways, the Living Coasts and the Steam Railway.

Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
