Description

The Property is situated in one of the best locations to enjoy the fabulous delights of Padstow. This Grade ll listed building is steeped in history and has been restored and interior designed enhancing as many of its original features as possible but equipped to the highest spec. Luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms await you, with the Master ensuite bedroom enjoying not only a walk in shower but his and her wash basins and a free standing bath fit for two. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to cater for 10 with two touch screen built in ovens, induction hob, two dishwashers, American style fridge/freezer, flat screen tv and the all important wine fridge. The formal sitting room with original wall panelling exposed and huge fireplace with woodburner makes this the perfect cosy room for the whole family to enjoy. The dining room not only provides a great place for the family to dine together but also another room to enjoy a fire and some peaceful time in. 

What you won’t expect on first arrival at The Property is the size of the garden. This secret haven at the rear of the house is probably one of the largest in this area of Padstow. Patio with garden furniture for 10 plus a lawned area that the children can enjoy and views of Rock in the distance. It will be hard to choose at The Property if you wish to spend your time inside or out.

Being in the heart of Padstow also means you have so much on your door step to enjoy. With Rick Steins Seafood restaurant about 4 doors away, Paul Ainsworth’s No 6 a mere stroll away and Rojanos just round the harbour will you even need to cook at home? On top of that the start of the Camel Trail is on your doorstep, Prideaux Place is there to explore, The Cookery School to be experienced and an array of shops to wander around.

GARDEN & PARKING: Parking for 1 car at property close by (50 yards). If more spaces are required, the Harbour car park is opposite. Enclosed garden and patio with garden furniture via slate steps to rear of property, barbecue and views of the estuary. Access to front courtyard through shared entrance. 

Changeover Day: Friday. Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per pet per week. Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent; gas fired c.h. woodburners in lounge/diner and sitting room; heated towel rails in bathrooms.  Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels) Baby Equipment: Highchair, travel cot, baby crib, audio baby monitor, baby bath tub with thermometer, baby bath support, baby room thermometer, super-steam electric steriliser and nightlight provided - please order in advance.  Other equipment not provided but may be hired locally Shop: 0.2 ml Pub: 0.1ml  Beach: 0.8 ml
