The Scottish Borders is a land of rolling hills, castles, abbeys, gardens, woods, flowing rivers and strong traditions. This lovely cottage is in a great position to enjoy the local area as well as day trips to Edinburgh.

This cottage is set in the heart of Border country, six miles south of Hawick. It was formerly a tenant cottage within a private estate. Built in the 19th century, this stone cottage adjoins the stabling quarters for the main house.

It is all on the ground level and consists of a large living space, with a dining area and kitchen, then some steps up to the double room, twin room and the shower room and w.c. It has been fully refurbished and is well equipped throughout, including central heating and SKY television.

Ideal for honeymoon couples or small family groups.
