Set in the far South Western corner of Scotland, the property is the perfect location for exploring the Borders region of Scotland.  Beautifully decorated and full of antique furniture this property has been lovingly maintained. The spacious modern and well equipped, country style kitchen, complete with Aga is perfect for preparing scrumptious evening meals which can be enjoyed in the quaintly furbished dining room, capable of seating all 16 guests. The large drawing room, alongside the cosy secondary sitting room, both with open fire are perfect for evening entertainment and relaxation. With one double bedroom en suite on the ground floor the remaining accommodation is situated on the first floor, providing sumptuous en suite retreats to retire to after a long day exploring. Additional accommodation is available on request for a further six people in a gate lodge within the grounds.

The Borders region of Southern Scotland has something for everyone, from the plenitude of wilderness walks and cycle routes, to the fast paced bustle of Glasgow’s design and architecture and endless shopping and Edinburgh’s steep history and tradition.
