With all the high standards you would expect if you were staying at a luxury country house hotel, this is an ideal venue for a complete escape, but in a classic country house.

Built in 1752, this is a substantial family country house which is situated within 6 acres of beautifully landscaped private grounds. Whilst it operates as a luxury country house hotel in the summer months, outwith of this time it is available on a self-catering basis.

On entering is the roomy hall, drawing room with open fire, dining room with dining for up to 16 people, secondary sitting room with open fire, country kitchen and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The seven other bedrooms are all on the first floor, and they are all en-suite. If required a commercial kitchen can be made available and catering can be provided on request. There is also an additional gate lodge at the end of the drive, which can accommodate six further guests if the group is bigger than advertised, available as extra.

The grounds are private, and the views look towards the sea to one side and into the hills on the other. This delightful house is ideal for a family holiday or those wishing to base themselves within this easily accessible part of Scotland if travelling from the south.
