This is a charming country cottage, formerly the gardener’s cottage, on a private country estate setting, which has recently been refurbished and is modern throughout. Situated by the former walled garden, it is in an ideal peaceful location on the estate, sheltered behind trees.

On the ground floor there is a sitting room with french windows opening out to a patio area, a dining room, a single bedroom, w.c and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is a twin room en-suite, a double room with a feature sleigh bed, a further double room, and a bathroom and a shower room.

With Edinburgh only half an hour away, you can explore Edinburgh and city life all day and get back to the peace of the country by evening. Likewise, it is equally ideal for anyone interested in golfing with Dunbar and a host of excellent East Lothian golf courses including North Berwick and Gullane nearby.
