Whether you want a relaxing break, enjoying breathtaking scenic walks or river fishing, this property is perfect for exploring the unspoilt wilderness of the Highlands.

The stylish self-serving property boasts a wind turbine, reedbed, solar fans and under-floor heating. It benefits from its own water supply, which is the purest Scottish spring water, collected as it rolls off one of the estate’s own hills. In addition to being ‘green’ this fabulous property offers luxurious accommodation, perfect for family occasions or fishing trips. The large, modern kitchen diner provides an elegant space for grand banquets for up to 16 people, with a generous sitting room giving ample space to retire. Beautifully decorated with indulgent en-suite bathrooms, the accommodation spread across the ground and first floors offers sumptuous sanctuary.

In addition, the property features a 20 metre indoor heated swimming pool. Whilst this property sleeps 13, there is additional accommodation available in two further cottages on the estate.

The Highlands represent the typical image associated with Scotland, with majestic scenery, rugged wilderness, spectacular mountain ridden horizons and vast glass like Lochs. Capital of the Highlands, Inverness provides a bustling hub and perfect starting point for exploring the remote surrounding areas. Wherever you roam, you'll find outstanding natural beauty, Glen Coe, the Cairngorms National Park, Ben Nevis, the list is endless and as long as the Great Glen itself.

The breathtaking landscape and calming atmosphere are without doubt what the Highlands are known for, but for the more adventurous visitor, mountaineering, climbing and off-road biking prove popular.

For those flying into Scotland, the closest airport to this property is Glasgow 84 miles away and hiring a car or 4WD couldn’t be more convenient if you are choosing to travel by air. There are a variety of well known car rental companies within walking distance of the arrivals terminal at Glasgow.

If you are driving into Scotland from the south, the major arterial motorway into Scotland, the M74, although busy is generally free flowing.

Trains these days can also be an extremely accessible and pleasurable means of transport into Scotland for individuals and groups alike. All the major railway stations have car hire companies located in situ, enabling the transition from carriage to car to be as stress free as possible. The sleeper train can be caught from London to Glasgow, which takes approximately seven and a half hours and car hire can be easily arranged for your arrival, with a further two hour drive to get to your destination, although trains can be caught to Oban, the closest train station, only 20 miles from the property.
