This is a modern purpose built eco-friendly luxury country house with a southerly aspect, situated in dramatic Highland scenery, one and half miles up a private road. Built in 2003, it is set in its own enclosed policy, within 300 acres of open moorland.
Inside there is a large kitchen/dining room with living space with dining capacity for 16 people, a utility room, a library, 1 family room en-suite with double bed and single bed, a bunk room which can be converted to a twin room and a 20 metre long indoor swimming pool with shower room – all on the ground floor. Upstairs there are four further bedrooms, 3 double rooms en-suite and 1 twin room en-suite and a large living room and balcony.
Whilst the house sleeps 12 adults and 1 child, there is capacity to entertain more and there are two cottages within the enclosed policy that may be booked with the house as extra or independently.
