With impressive 10 foot high tall feature windows on two sides, this room is a wonderful room with great natural light flooding in. For your entertainment, there is a large flat screen TV with SKY reception, DVD player and surround sound system. At lower ground level, there is the modern well equipped kitchen/dining room with access to the garden patio area, which is ideal for late breakfasts in the summer sun. The bedrooms include a double room with en-suite bathroom and a family room, with double bed and single bed, with private bathroom. There is a designated area of gardens to the apartment, as well as one designated parking space. There is additional off-street parking available. The apartment is to a five star standard with an emphasis on quality interior design and luxury. Centrally situated within Scotland, it is easily accessible and ideal for small groups, romantic couples or those with a young family for break for a week or weekend.

WHAT TO DO IN THE AREA
Crieff is the second largest town in Perthshire and has been known as a holiday destination since Victorian times. Go golfing at the Crieff golf course. The world famous Gleneagles resort, with its famous golf courses, as well as falconry, hores-riding, shooting school, restaurants, quad biking, fishing and clay-pigeon shooting is nearby. Blair Drummond Safari and Adventure Park, is an ideal destination for family trips. Trips to Perth or Stirling for shopping. Stirling Castle and the Wallace Monument are well worth visiting. Ben Lawers, one of the highest hills in Scotland, is a haven to ramblers. Glenturret Distillery is an excellent trip for a whisky enthusiast.

Use of a car is essential to discover the true beauty of the surrounding areas.

For those flying into Scotland, the closest airports to this property are Dundee 40 miles away and Edinburgh 55 miles away and hiring a car or 4WD couldn’t be more convenient if you are choosing to travel by air. There are a variety of well known car rental companies situated within walking distance of the arrivals terminal at Edinburgh and such arrangements for car hire can also be made for arrivals at Dundee.

If you are driving into Scotland from the south, the major arterial motorway into Scotland, the M74, although busy is generally free flowing.

The closest station with car hire facilities available on site (or within short taxi/walking distance) would be Perth, approximately 16 miles from the property. Trains from London to Perth would take approximately six hours.
