This is a traditional stone built country house, set within a private estate, surrounded by mixed woodlands and rolling hills. Surrounded by tranquil and beautiful countryside, yet only 40 minutes from the A9 road giving access to Edinburgh, Perth and Glasgow.
On entering the hall, there is the drawing room with open fire, a library with open fire, a dining room that can seat a maximum of 14 adults, a kitchen with breakfast table for up to 8 adults, a large utility room, w.c and boot room. All the accommodation is on the floors above, with three bedrooms en-suite, three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, with two further bedrooms and a bathroom on the floor above. Outside the house, is a games room with table tennis table and table football table, as well as an enclosed hot tub.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, by arrangement as extra, it is possible to engage the services of the housekeeper as a cook. This service has proved very popular with past guests and is highly recommended.
