Within the cottage, there is a warm and cosy sitting room with wood burning stove, which offers comforting warmth in all weathers. The well equipped kitchen, along with the dining room, provides the space for your catering requirements for up to 6 people. Additionally there is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor, whilst the other two bedrooms and bathroom are on the floor above. With garden furniture within the enclosed garden, this is a peaceful location to enjoy the summer days. A former garage building to the rear of the gardens houses a games room with table tennis table. Surrounded by wonderful scenery – there is plenty to do in this area, including fishing on the nearby hill lochs and excellent golf courses nearby. It is ideal for holidays for a family looking for high quality accommodation in a beautiful peaceful setting.

WHAT TO DO IN THE AREA
Perthshire is a haven for ramblers, golfers and tourists alike. Sitting within the Grampian mountain range in Glenisla, with Glen Tilt and the Angus Glens nearby, it is ideal terrain for walkers of all capability. For golfers there are many golf courses including nearby Alyth, Rosemount and the Open championship course of Carnoustie. Fishing can be arranged for brown trout locally on the estate. Additionally, Glenshee provides a ski resort in winter months for those preferring to go skiing or snow boarding.  Balmoral Castle and Glamis Castle are nearby to visit. Trips to Pitlochry to visit the Edradour distillery or to Perth, for some shopping and culture.
