Situated centrally within the historic town of Crieff, the hometown of Ewan McGregor, is this outstanding converted church apartment which has been customised for holiday letting. Whilst it is luxurious and comfortable within, the most unique feature is a spectacular 360 degree view over the town and the hills of Perthshire.
Accessed from a side street, the apartment is situated on the second floor. At this level, all the bedrooms and bathrooms are to be found. These rooms are beautifully presented and to the highest standards, with two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and a twin bedroom with a private bathroom. On the floor above, is a large L-plan living space, with a modern well equipped kitchen in the recess area, with the dining and seating area in the main part of the room. Additionally, there is a cinema room, as well as a most delightful balcony area, which gives a civilised setting for drinks in the evening with an ever-changing view to admire. From here, by climbing the stairs within the tower section, there is a small study space which enjoys phenomenal 360 degree views. There is no ground or gardens with the property, but there is an underground car park, where one car can be parked for residents. Further parking is available on an off-street basis. With original features like internal stone walls, evangelistic windows, as well as a balcony area and tower, it is a unique holiday experience.
