Two holiday houses for the price of one! When you book this lovely house in the Highlands you also get the smaller chalet, which is next door within the private grounds.
This is an impressive luxurious house with its own separate chalet, set in its own grounds with excellent views over the Cromarty Firth. Built in the 19th century these two buildings have been adapted for modern day use and refurbished in a luxury manner.

Once you have accessed the private estate, this property can be found off one of the private tarred roads in its own grounds. Within the house, there is a large drawing room with open fire, a fully equipped kitchen, an elegant dining room, a double bedroom and a shower room at ground level. The additional bedrooms are upstairs and include a large master double bedroom, a bunk bedroom suitable for children and a family bathroom. The chalet was built with staff in mind to service the house – but is ideal for larger children or other members of the group, who would like their own space. It includes a galley kitchen and bathroom at ground level and a large twin bedroom on the floor above. Whilst these recently refurbished houses are set in private grounds, it is also part of a larger historic estate, and there is access to designated estate BBQ areas and lochs. With the roads having limited traffic this is an ideal venue to bring your bike and to travel in safety. There is also a large communal sports hall half a mile away on the estate which houses a large number of sporting activities, which are available to all residents. This is an ideal venue for someone who is looking for quality and privacy, as well as having the Highlands on your doorstep.

WHAT TO DO IN THE AREA
Tucked away in a quiet spot, off the main A9 and only a short drive from Inverness Airport, wherever you travel you will find outstanding natural beauty with Loch Ness, Ben More Assynt and Ben Wyvis being highlights. The capital of the Highlands, Inverness provides a perfect day trip to catch up with civilisation, culture and shopping. Other attractions include the Dalmore Distillery, Culloden Visitor Centre, Urquhart Castle at Drumnadrochit and Dornoch Cathedral. For golfers there are some very good golf courses, with Royal Dornoch and Skibo Castle courses being superb. There is excellent fishing in the area with many fine salmon rivers. Dolphin watch trips can be organised locally.
